Refund Policy
We are very thankful to you for purchashing the products from UNIMEGASTORE. However, if our products haven't satisfied you then we are here to help you out. As, the customer
satisfaction is our priority and we believe maintaining our clientele happy always.
In case, you are not happy with our product then you can always get your refund for it. Before you opt in
for a refund please check the following terms of refund policy for smooth procedure and just to remind -
you can also return and exchange a product.
The terms for refund are as follows:
1. The refund is not available for all the products. So, do check the product details before purchasing.
2. The products should be kept in the original condition with its packaging and tags. Also, keep the
invoice with the product you want to exchange.
3. The refund is available only on select regions and areas.
4. The products like innerwears, lingeries, masks etc. are not refundable considering the hygiene
standards and customer safety.
5. Any physically damaged product will not be refunded. However, you can verify the conditions with our
customer representatives for rare case scenarios.
6. The shipping charges will be deducted while the refund process.
7. The refund will be initiated once the product is returned to our delivery agent and your refund money
will be deposited in your account within 5-7 working days.
8. Products sold under any kind of offer or promotional event are not refundable.
9. Gift cards or coupons will not be refunded, once used for buying the product.
10. To make your process easier, please contact our customer care before initiating any kinds of
return/exchange or refund.
We are pledged towards our customers satisfaction and service. Thus, we try as much as possible to
make your transactions easier. But, due to COVID pandemic we are not able serve all in time. So please
pardon us for any kind of delay or issues occured while product purchasing, delivery or refund/return.
