DELIVERY SEGREGATION

All our products are packaged with care and shipped accordingly, for eg. fragile ones are shipped separately with extra cushioning to safeguard them from damage in the transit.

PRODUCT ANONYMITY

For the innerwear and intimate products our packaging does not have any marking or product description or branding etc. to ensure that your product details are not disclosed and you can get delivery anywhere without anyone knowing about the content of the package.

DELIVERY CHARGES

An additional fee for shipping of Rs.80 will be applicable.

The delivery charges are different for different locations and also they differ as per the type of product. You can check the product page for the delivery charges details.

DELIVERY TIME

Your order is shipped within 24-48 hours of placing the order. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 4-5 working days in capital cities and 8-12 days for other locations as per your pin code. Your order can be tracked online once it is dispatched. We would never like to delay your products but due to COVID pandemic it may get delayed. Also, please cooperate with us in case of no product availability.

PACKAGE DAMAGE

While delivery, if you see packaging of your delivery is tampered with or damaged,you can refuse to accept the delivery. In such a scenario, contact us and we will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest after receiving back damaged package.

 You must inform us about the issue within 1 day of receiving the order along with a picture of the damaged product.
